Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship our titles worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Are your Blu-ray and 4K UHD discs region-locked?
All 4K UHD discs are region-free. However, our standard Blu-ray discs are typically encoded for Region B (Europe) unless otherwise stated in the product description. Please check your player compatibility before purchasing.
How do you ensure items are not damaged during transit?
As collectors ourselves, we understand the importance of condition. We use sturdy, high-quality cardboard packaging and protective wrapping to ensure your boutique editions arrive in mint condition.
What is your return policy for defective items?
If you receive a faulty disc or a damaged item, please contact our support team within 14 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund once the defect is verified.
When will my pre-order be dispatched?
Pre-orders are typically dispatched 2-3 days before the official release date. If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire shipment will be held until the final pre-order item is ready.
